Every single morning I start my day by reading a few short pieces on psycho-education, listening to incredible podcasts, or watching inspirational videos by amazing people. This activity immediately triggers a cascade of serotonin and dopamine through my brain. These two neurotransmitters, associated with happiness and well-being, set up my environment for my entire day.
